Super Tech Laces
Fabric bases

Fabric bases for embroidery: cotton, mesh, nylon, GPO, lycra.

The base decides how a Schiffli design sits, drapes and washes. We embroider on 100% pure cotton, mesh, nylon, GPO, knitted and lycra-based fabrics — or on any base you send us.

Why the base matters

The base decides how a design sits.

The same embroidery reads differently on cotton than it does on mesh or on a knitted ground. We develop the stitch density, thread and finish around the base you choose, so the sample you approve is what comes off the bulk run.

This flexibility is what lets us develop products for different segments of the fashion and apparel industry, from light resort wear to structured occasion pieces.

Yes. Send the base and we develop the stitch density, thread and finish around it, then sample it for your approval before bulk production starts.

The same design reads differently on cotton than it does on mesh or on a knitted ground - the base decides how it sits, drapes and washes. We plan the stitch density, thread and finish around the base first, so the sample you approve is what comes off the bulk run.

Yes. Dyeing and finishing happen at our own 65,000 sq ft unit at Vijayamangalam, Erode District, which is how colour stays consistent between the sample and the bulk order.
